The first and probably the most important technique of this program is an Audio MP3 I have for sale on my website LOOK FEEL LISTEN. I made it in a way as if you had a life coach next to you throughout your day, reminding you to pay focused attention to looking, feeling, and listening with random, intermittent exercises.

 

The more you listen to it, the more it is being written in your subconscious for practice and REMEMBERANCE during your everyday life without effort. The first month, you should listen to the full length of the Audio MP3 at least once per day.  Most of the audio is 40Hz Binaural Beats that improve concentration.  Every few minutes, an exercise of training focus attention will play.  Most exercises last about 10 to 20 seconds.

 

The audio is meant to be left playing on the background while performing regular day activities. You can have one earbud in one ear while at work or any other typical routines. It is not meant to put 100% of your focus on it the entire time. Whenever a new exercise comes up, and if you can focus your attention and go through the motions at that moment, then it’s the way this audio was designed for.
